Free 30-minute initial consultation (online or in-person)
45 mins sessions twice a month
Personalized health plan based on lifestyle, medical history, and goals
Customized diet chart for nutritional needs, preferences, and allergies
Regular detox support to rejuvenate the body
Age-appropriate exercises, movement guidance, and optional cooking classes
Email and online support (Monday–Saturday, 10 a.m.–7 p.m.; global time zones accommodated)
