This belief lies at the heart of my work. I view health as true wealth, and I believe it cannot be achieved through quick fixes or isolated solutions. True healing happens when the whole person is understood—mind, body, emotions, relationships, career, and sense of purpose—working together in balance.

HEALTH COACH

I am a Certified Health Counsellor from IIN, New York. I specializing in nutrition, stress management, maternity wellness, lactation education, and lifestyle transformation. My approach focuses on whole-person health, addressing physical, emotional, and mental well-being to create sustainable, long-term results.

I work with individuals, hospitals, corporations, and non-profit organizations across India and internationally, designing wellness programs that support work-life balance, maternal and child health, and preventive healthcare. As a CAPPA Certified Lactation Educator, I provide maternity and lactation support through hospitals and community initiatives, helping women navigate pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and emotional well-being with confidence.

I continuously deepen my understanding through disciplines such as Ayurveda, nature cure, yoga and mindfulness, and human and child psychology. This learning is complemented by my exploration of biochemistry, biology, food science, and nutrition, as well as creative expressions like gardening, music and salsa dancing—practices I believe are essential for joyful, balanced living.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

In parallel, I am an independent graphic designer with over twenty years of experience, working across branding, coffee table books, corporate identity, and digital design. My design work spans clients in India, the US, and Europe and reflects my belief that creativity, like health, thrives when it is thoughtful, purposeful, and human-centered. I have worked with organizations such as Ambuja, SREI, Akshaya Patra Foundation, Beauty Without Cruelty, Copenhagen Business School, PS Group, NK Realtors, and the Birla Group. My projects include a coffee table book inaugurated by the President of India and fundraising initiatives inaugurated by Maneka Gandhi, as well as cultural and artisan-support events across India and the USA that funded infrastructure development for an orphanage in Kolkata between 2014 and 2024..
